Love At First Tickle

I did this here little piece in my spare time during lunch and in study hall. Chelsey thought it was cute. I dunno, I like it, but it could be better. I think this one turned out well, though. Cynthia is my character, I made her up, so she could be Rocko's girlfriend and tickle his feet. Her friends are all the other ticklers in the picture. I hope ya like it as much as ya'll liked the last one.
